Instructions and Tips:

  1. On the Project Service Period Page, a project is only considered 'Active' if "work, provided by RCAP staff, on the project service period is proceeding according to plan".  Work must be conducted by RCAP staff and noted in the quarterly activities during the quarter for the project to be considered active.

  2. Project Funding cannot be switched.  A "Change of Funder" needs to be done.  Contact Angie McConnell at the Regional Office.

  3. SDWA and EPAW projects need to have a "Maintain Compliance" or "Achieve Compliance" task with a task description explaining why.  This should always be reported if applicable to a project regardless of the funder.

  4. Actions in the service plan should be included in the new Community Commitment Letters that should be sent out to the community contact for all new projects.

  5. The project service plan shoudl be updated at the beginning of each program year, and must include what need the project is addressing, the expected achievements or outcomes, why RCAP is involved, and how RCAP will assist.

  6. Technitrain projects should include a separate paragraph with a statement of the expected community development impact.
